Brad Blackport is the Broker and Owner of Third Coast Real Estate, a boutique brokerage located in West Michigan. With over 25 years of real estate experience and over $400 million in home sales, Brad successfully has helped hundreds of West Michigan residents find a place to call home.
Areas of expertise for Brad include new construction sales, marketing of single family homes and condo's as well as Lake Michigan properties. Brad began his real estate career with the nation's largest homebuilder, Pulte Homes where he was awarded salesperson of the year multiple times. Several local builders consulted with Brad to develop sales and marketing programs, including a developer of a new residential high-rise in downtown Grand Rapids.
Having sold advertising and promotional campaigns to local, regional and Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years, Brad has extensive marketing experience. His education includes a degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from WMU.
Brad was born and raised in Grand Rapids, is married and has a young daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family, days at the cottage along Lake Michigan, golfing, boating, downhill skiing, wine making and cooking.

Jeff has worked in single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and even high rise residential construction over the years.
He also helps run a local online weekly magazine, Rapid Growth Media, highlighting economic development, neighborhood revitalization and small business growth in West Michigan. His work with this organization also includes media relations and partnerships, event planning, marketing and social media.
Jeff is also highly active in the West Michigan community, serving in advisory roles with Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Grand Rapids Young Professionals, Leadership Grand Rapids/GR Chamber of Commerce, Forest Hills Public Schools Foundation, and the Mosaic Film Festival.
Jeff is married and has three school aged children, and spends his spare time biking, golfing, and spending time with his family
