Brad Blackport

Hello!  I'm Brad Blackport, the Broker and Owner of Third Coast Real Estate. I have over 25 years of real estate experience, managing nearly $1 Billion in home sales, and have successfully helped hundreds of West Michigan residents sell their current homes and find a new place to call home.

My areas of expertise include new construction sales, marketing of single-family homes and condos, and Lake Michigan properties and homes. I have extensive new home construction sales experience and am a licensed builder. Additionally, I sold for the nation's largest home builder, was the broker for a local Grand Rapids builder, and consulted with several builders and developers offering sales and marketing programs, including a developer of a new residential high-rise in downtown Grand Rapids. 

Having sold advertising and promotional campaigns to local, regional, and Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years, I have extensive marketing experience that is invaluable when marketing and selling your current home. 

I am well-established in the local culture, having been born and raised in Grand Rapids. When I can find time away from selling homes, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends, weekends at the cottage along Lake Michigan, golfing, boating, and downhill skiing.
